You may return your dress to us within 3 days of receiving the package. There will be no returns or exchanges if it is over 3days.We are only able to accept returns on Dresses (excluding Bridal Gowns), and the item must be in original condition, unworn with tags attached.
Kmdresses.com does not cover return shipping costs. We recommend that you request a tracking code and shipping receipt. Kmdresses.com is not responsible for packages lost in transit.
Return process :
(1) Submit a return request through email to Customer Service within 3 days, receiving your order to make sure whether you are eligible for a return.
(2)Supply photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the problem such as quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error. Returning packages without prior approval from Customer Service will halt or delay your return.
(3)All returned items must be in original condition, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean with original tags and packaging, you can try it on, but don't make it dirty.
Please note :
There are no returns, exchanges on custom made merchandise.Neither returns nor exchanges is provided/allowed if you choose "custom measurements" or "your favorite color".We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the sizing you select for your merchandise. So please check the provided size chart carefully to ensure correct sizing. Slight difference between the color of your item and the color shown on screen may not mean that the item is in wrong color. And slight zipper problem may not means quality problem.
Some tips if you are dissatisfaction with the items
Receive your refund. Once we’ve inspected your return and determined it to be in its original, unworn condition and within the 3-days return period, we’ll issue your refund. Your refund should appear in your account’s next billing cycle.

If your dress is damaged when you receive it, please contact us the day you receive it for a return label and we will replace the item.
If you refuse a package from kmdresses.com we will treat it as a cancellation and issue you 50% refund.

Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands may take 3-4 weeks via Standarddelivery.
APO/FPO deliveries may take 4-10 weeks via Standarddelivery.

All items are subject to stock availability. While many are in stock, we may have to special order your item. When you select your size and color, you will see the estimated shipping time appear about the options. Rush shipping options are sometimes available, please contact us to discus rush options. Please note that items available as a special order are not eligible for return.
We request that all customers enter a wear date for their dress at checkout. If no wear date is specified, then we will proceed with the order if it will be able to ship within the time frame noted on the website at the time of order. If the dress will not ship until after the specified ship date, we will contact the customer either by phone or email. If we do not hear from the customer within 72 hours, we will cancel the order.
Once an order has been placed it can not be cancelled without incurring a 50% cancellation fee.
